About Us
Cow Creek Ranch takes pride in their 37-acre beef operation in Steamboat Springs. The farm is owned and operated by Cindy Thayer and located off of Cow Creek.
Practices
Due to being a small-scale operation, Cindy raises three small Dexter cows at a time. They are grass fed and free from hormones and antibiotics. Processed at Mountain Meats and hung/cured for two weeks. Excellent quality lean local beef!
