True Leaf Microgreens is a Micro Farm located in Oak Creek Colorado and is owner operated by Taylor and Angie Baker. We specialize in growing micro crops such as Salad Mixes, Radish, Broccoli, Sunflower, Cilantro, Basil and others.

We buy our seeds from True Leaf Market. We begin the growing processes by rinsing the seeds and then carefully sorting through them to remove any imperfections. All microgreen crops are grown in an organic Promix soil. True Leaf Microgreens are grown indoors in a temperature (65-75 degrees) and humidity controlled (around 47%) environment. Harvesting is done on a stainless steel NSF certified table stationed right next to our growing shelves. Care and consideration is involved with everything we do. We even give all of our leftover harvested trays to the neighbors chickens.
